At Blackbird Mountain Guides, we stand behind our gear and services to ensure you are prepared for the backcountry. If you are not completely satisfied with your equipment purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our gear specialists to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our mountain guides inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
