What is your return policy for technical gear?

We accept returns on unused technical gear within 30 days of purchase, provided all original tags and safety certifications are intact. For safety reasons, climbing hardware and ropes cannot be returned once they have been used.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for those last-minute mountain trips. Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental US.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.

How do I know which size of backpack or harness to buy?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your torso length for packs and your waist/thigh circumference for harnesses. If you are between sizes, our expert guides are available via chat to help you choose.

We process orders quickly to get gear to you as fast as possible. You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer support team. After that window, the order may have already entered the shipping process.
